tourist. one is beating the victim with a shoe. now police caught up with baldwin from tips called in from people who saw the video. it shows a man being beaten. robbed and stripped of clothing. police say they were so enraged that the officers received enough tips to bring the suspects into custody. now three other people were arrested. they have been sentenced. now baldwin will be sentenced today at 9:30 here at mitchell courthouse. she could face three years in prison. the university of colorado is releasing 4000 e-mails that were sent or received by james holmes. they reveal he started fant sizing about killing, quote, a lot of people nearly six weeks before the shooting. >> and they decided against holding him for 72 hours because he was in the process of withdrawing from school.
